Week of 5/4 through 5/8

Period 1:

We will be reviewing Acts 1 and 2 of Romeo and Juliet Monday before we move on to Act 3 on Tuesday. Acts 1 and 2 questions will not be due until Tuesday. Act 3 questions should be able to be finished for Friday.




Period 4:

We will be finishing Act 3 on Monday and beginning Act 4. We will be completing a comparison after Act 4 between the two scene 5s (in Acts 3 and Act 4) due Thursday and then finishing the play between Thursday and Friday. Friday we will be having a whole class discussion of the play and the ideas on love then and now if there is time




Periods 5 and 7:

Rough draft of Cause/Effect Research paper is due Tuesday. THIS MUST INCLUDE YOUR WORKS CITED PAGE AND PARENTHETICAL CITATIONS! Peer editing will not be useful without these items. We will be peer editing through Thursday and working in computer labs after that on revision.

Final Draft is due Tuesday 5/12. Exemptions for exams for those going on internship will be decided Friday of this week to plan for the taking of the exam.




Period 8:

We need to take the GMRT test in the Media Center Monday before we move on to Act 3 on Tuesday. Acts 1 and 2 questions will not be due until Tuesday. Act 3 questions should be able to be finished for Friday.
