Week of 4/27 through 5/1

Note: I will be absent Monday through Wednesday on a NEASC connected school visitation and will be available only sporadically through email.

Period 1:
Students will be watching the movie of Romeo and Juliet and completing questions. Students will be through Act 1, scene 2 Monday and Act 1 scene 5 by Tuesday. Act 2 scenes 1-4 will be completed Wednesday. Students should keep up with the questions for each scene and be prepared to discuss them.


Period 4:
Students are completing Act2 on Monday and Act 3 on Wednesday. Students should keep up with the quotation analyses for Act 2 and complete the questions they will receive for Act 3.

 Periods 5 and 7: Due dates for upcoming assignments are as follows


Thursday 4/30: Annotated Bibliography is due (no late work!)


Tuesday 5/5: Rough Draft of Cause/Effect Research Paper due (this includes the works cited page and in-text citations)


Tuesday 5/12: Final Draft of Cause/Effect Research Paper due (those going on internship should try to submit this prior to avoid any delays in grading and signing off for their internships)




Period 8:
Students will be watching the movie of Romeo and Juliet and completing questions. Students will be through Act 1, scene 2 from last Friday and Act 1 scene 5 by Tuesday. Act 2 scenes 1-4 will be completed Wednesday. Students should keep up with the questions for each scene and be prepared to discuss them.
